What the Instances page shows

Instances lists the WordPress environments available in the active workspace, including status, region, plan, URL, tags, and lifecycle state.

Common actions

  • Open an instance to view the imported site.
  • Start, stop, restart, refresh, clone, or delete instances when available.
  • Use tags, filters, search, sorting, cards, and list view to manage larger workspaces.
  • Open the detail page for backups, domains, logs, database, users, cron, redirects, uptime, health, and performance tools.

Status meanings

  • Creating: the environment is still being provisioned or imported.
  • Running: the site is available.
  • Stopped: the site is paused and may need to be started before opening.
  • Error: the latest lifecycle action needs attention.
  • Destroying: resources are being removed.

Safe deletion

Deleting an instance should delete the CanaryWP testing environment only. It should not delete the source WordPress site or permanent demo archive files.
