Overview

The instance detail page centralizes runtime information, quick actions, notes, tags, environment metadata, and direct links for a single WordPress environment.

Primary tabs

Overview shows identity, status, plan, region, URL, notes, and recent state.
Metrics and Logs help diagnose runtime and request-level problems.
Domains manages custom hostnames.
Backup creates and reviews backups.
Activity shows instance-specific events.

More tools

Env Vars manages runtime configuration.
Database imports, exports, repairs, and search-replaces data.
Media, Users, Cron, Options, Redirects, Email Log, Uptime, Site Health, and Performance handle WordPress operations inside the instance.

When to open SSH

Use SSH for advanced diagnostics, permission repair, file inspection, and command-line fixes when dashboard tools are not enough.
