Connected Sites tracks source WordPress sites, plugin pairing credentials, source profiles, inventories, and approved custom assets used by import and recommendation workflows.

Connection flow

  • Create the connection in CanaryWP.
  • Open the CanaryWP plugin settings in WordPress.
  • Paste the credentials.
  • Send the source profile.
  • Approve custom assets when prompted.

Why profiles matter

Profiles help CanaryWP understand WordPress version, PHP version, plugins, themes, custom assets, and site shape before recommending tests or maintenance actions.
